Alway be prepared for the impending zombie apocalypse! At. All. Times.
This is obviously somebody’s ad for an app or phone service. I liked it though because it had a picture of a zombie on the sticker suggesting we use their phones service as one of the ways to avoid the impending zombie apocalypse.
Never knew I liked the zombie apocalypse genre until watching Dawn of the Dead then of course Shawn of the Dead, Resident Evil and now. …you guessed it. The Walking Dead.
Every city I’ve been to in Germany has these little stickers slapped all over the place.
Usually they have nothing to do with an actual company and tend to be ideal based propaganda for some political agenda or a radically hardcore football club’s ultra fan who has an excess of time, money and printer ink available to him.
It’s kind of a culture shock coming from Nuremberg to Wuerzburg and not seeing faded, torn stickers on every street sign pole, trash cans, flat surfaces within your peripheral vision… All making a bold, controversial statement instead of a funny, memorable ad like here. Excluding Wurst Durst…
The exception in Nuremberg is Wurst Durst, a currywurst stand on Luitpoldgasse downtown. The small business owner dispenses stickers on any and everything that might have is or will be a part of Nuremberg. Literally plastering the city with his ads, about 3 months into his relentlessly eternal quest of marketing via sticker I noticed the place started always being busy and I’ve gotta admit the currywurstsises… Currywurstei? Currywursten? Whatever the plural of sausage slathered in curry sauce is. There! At that place, they are always fresh and to my knowledge the best Currywurst in town.

I like to joke around saying that I only exercise to be prepared for the impending zombie apocalypse.
