I love how the street artists in my neck of the woods of Wuerzburg are so consistent with putting up new and amazing works of art. Some of the stuff is strange, some of it is amazing, sometimes it’s not that good, but still leaves enough of an impression that my kids and I will stop and look for a few minutes.
It’s cool. It’s creative. And I like it.
Most of these are from the tunnels behind the Shell gas station between Lindleinsmühle and Grombühl, and a few I found when I followed the footpath along the bridge to the Autobahn, crossed Nürnberger Strasse, and started exploring the hill that led up the abandoned military base.
There’s also a building out in Versbach that made their building number out of Legos and yarn bombed their gutters. I decided to use the Lego 23 as the featured image since it symbolises the first letter of my last name, the 23 Enigma and Legos are cool. …Legos: Half the reason I had kids.
Polar in da house! Woot! Woot!
One of my faves, looks like a doodle on a school note book.

Seriously, DONT, Wuerzburg!
You Can Never Use Too Much Pink
Whoever made this calls themselves the penetators… Should have drawn Lord Helmet from Spaceballs, would have been more funny than kind of creepy.
At least we know how that artist feels. …Overly attracted to Polizei I assume.
